Meet Dr. Meekins
Dr. Meekins is an alumnus of Washington and Lee University and the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry where he graduated with Honors and was elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society. After dental school, he advanced his training in general dentistry at the University of Utah General Practice Residency program and the WhiteCap Implant Institute. He returned to Raleigh and joined the team at Holesh Family Dentistry in 2016.
A native of New Bern, North Carolina, Dr. Meekins grew up actively involved in his community. He has traveled to Nepal to provide dental care and education, and hopes to incorporate additional service trips throughout his career. Dr. Meekins is well versed in may facets of dental care ranging from restorative and cosmetic dentistry to implants and full mouth rehabilitation.

Dr. Meekins enjoys outdoor activities, sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He lives in Raleigh with his wife Lauren, sons Bodie and Charles, daughter Lula, and golden retriever Parley.
